Terms
Conditions of the extended warranty
To keep your 2-year extended warranty valid, the following conditions apply:
- Your vehicle must be registered in the electronic service book system. Registration is done by your dealer.
- The extended warranty is valid for the first owner for 2 years or up to 10,000 km, whichever comes first.
- When you make a warranty claim, invoices for previous services must be provided.
- The vehicle must not be used for sporting purposes or loaded beyond the limits stated in the owner's manual.
- All repairs, part replacements and fluid changes may only be carried out at an authorized service center.
- Only original parts supplied by the official representative of the brand may be used for repairs.
- Under the extended warranty, the owner is entitled to have the defect repaired.
- Only the oils and operating fluids recommended in the owner's manual may be used.
- The service intervals in the service book and the manufacturer's service manual must be followed.
- The extended warranty expires or is limited if the conditions of the claims procedure are not met.

" 2-Year Extended Warranty " program for you, new owners of SEGWAY ATVs, UTVs and SSVs.
The extended warranty applies to all SEGWAY ATV, UTV and SSV models.

Conditions for the extended 5-year warranty:
• Your vehicle must be registered in the electronic service book registration system. The vehicle is registered by the dealer.
• The extended warranty is valid for the first owner for 2 years or up to 10,000 km (whichever comes first).
• When applying for the extended warranty, invoices for previous services must be provided.
• The machine must not be used for sporting purposes or overloaded beyond the values specified in the operating instructions.
• All repairs, replacement of parts and fillings may only be carried out at an authorized service center .
• When repairing the machine, only original parts supplied by the official representative of the brand must be used .
• Within the framework of the extended warranty, the consumer has the right to have the defect repaired.
• All oils and operating fluids must be used only those recommended in the operating instructions, i.e. from MAXIMA Racing Oils.
• It is necessary to comply with the prescribed service intervals as specified in the service book and the manufacturer's service manual.
• The extended warranty for the machine expires or is limited if the conditions specified in the complaints procedure are violated.
