T1/T3/L7E approval
T1b – Yellow mark

T1b homologation is for UTVs and SSVs with side-by-side seats and an operating weight of more than 600 kg. You can drive at a maximum speed of 60 km/h and you are not allowed to drive it on the motorway. If you use a quad bike with T1b homologation, the following operating restrictions apply to you (from April 15 to September 30) on a class I road:
- On the last working day before a Saturday or a holiday between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- On the first day of rest and on Saturday, if it follows a working day, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- On the last day of the work holiday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
You only need a B or T driving license to drive. Seat belts are mandatory, but a helmet is optional. We still recommend using one. A special vehicle registration certificate is issued. The first technical inspection and emission control will be required after 4 years, and the next after 2 years.
T3b – Yellow mark

Quadricycles (ATVs) with a maximum of 2 seats in a row and an operating weight of less than 600 kg are subject to T3b approval. The maximum speed is determined depending on the type of quadricycle: 45, 60 or 80 km/h. You need a B or T driving license. A helmet is not mandatory, but we recommend using it. If you use a quadricycle with T3b approval, the following operating restrictions apply to you:
They are not allowed on motorways and expressways for motor vehicles.
Not allowed on Class I roads (from April 15 to September 30). On other days with time restrictions:

- On the first day of rest and on Saturday, if it follows a working day, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- On the last day of the work holiday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
A special vehicle registration certificate is issued. The first technical inspection and emission control will be required after 4 years, the next after 2 years. (In the case of a maximum speed of up to 45 km/h, after 4 years and then every 4 years.)
L7e – White Mark

Quads with L7e (EURO5+) homologation are almost unlimited. The white mark will be given to off-road quads (L7e-B) limited to a maximum speed of 90 km/h and to road quads (L7e-A) with a maximum power of 15 kW. To drive them, you must have a B, B1 driving license. You do not need to obtain a highway vignette. A helmet is mandatory in this case. A Technical Certificate of a Motor Vehicle is issued. You will pass the first technical inspection after 6 years, the next after 4 years. Emission control is not subject to measurement.
