Payment Policies

Motorace accepts the following payment methods:

  • Payment links, when arranged with our customer support team

Credit / Debit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards through the Stripe payment system.

To help protect our customers and reduce fraudulent activity, all orders may be subject to a verification process before dispatch. To avoid delays, please make sure that your billing and delivery details are correct before completing your order.

  • The billing name, address, and postal code should match the details registered with your card provider.
  • If you are shipping to a different address, please make sure the delivery details are complete and accurate.
  • Please provide a valid contact phone number so our team or courier partner can contact you if needed.

PayPal

We also accept PayPal payments. You can complete your payment securely through PayPal during checkout, where available.

Payment Links

In some cases, our customer support team may provide a secure payment link for your order. Payment links are usually used for special arrangements, backorders, gift cards, or orders handled directly by our team.

Return Policies

Motorace wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We sell brand-new products and all orders are checked carefully before dispatch to reduce the possibility of incorrect or missing items.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and process the refund. Refunds are usually completed within 4–5 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that do not match the description, are not the correct product ordered, or are faulty upon delivery. You can request a return or refund within 15 days from the delivery date.

If you need to return an item, please contact us first and let us know the reason for the return. Once we confirm the return, you can ship the package back to us.

If the dispatched order includes product(s) different from those specified in your order, we will either provide a full refund or send the correct item(s) without any additional charge.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any item that has been used, damaged, installed, or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

All returns must be sent back to us at your own cost and risk, unless otherwise agreed with our customer support team.

Shipping Policies

Motorace ships orders within Cyprus and internationally using courier and shipping services to ensure fast and safe delivery at reasonable prices.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the destination and the total order weight.

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us so we can review the destination and add the relevant shipping rates where possible.

In some cases, shipping rates may be calculated incorrectly due to product weight, parcel size, or destination restrictions. If we notice any issue with the shipping cost, we will contact you before dispatching the order to confirm and process any additional shipping cost if required.

  • Most available products are dispatched as soon as possible. Small delays may occur depending on stock availability.
  • If there is any delay or stock issue with your order, our customer support team will contact you.
  • Delivery costs are calculated based on the total order weight, including both the products and packaging.
  • Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Small items may be delivered by registered post, where applicable.
  • For courier delivery, please make sure that your contact phone number and delivery details are correct.
